I grew up loving photography and all things art. I was the girl that always had a camera (the point and shoot kind) with her wanting to capture all the memories to relive later down the road. I bought my first "real camera" after I had my first son 12 years ago. I wanted to remember every detail and moment with him. I literally have thousands and thousands of photos of that boy! I've been learning and growing in my photography ever since. After much prayer and a lot of encouragement from friends and family, I took a leap of faith and started my business three years ago. It's not always easy running a business, but I love it. I am so thankful for all of my amazing clients that have given me the honor of photographing them.

I love sports! We are die-hard New Orleans Saints fans with the exception of the middle child, he's gone rogue and decided to be a Chiefs fan. My heart broke a little when Drew retired. We even named our dog Brees (that's him on the left) . Isn't he the cutest thing!
Oh, how I wish I was a morning person. I envy those who wake up early and get things done before the kids even wake up. I've tried! It's just not me! I love staying up late watching my shows and waking up in the morning to load up on coffee and take an afternoon nap (I love naps!). Then do it all over again.
I may have a slight addiction to TV, when I have time to sit and watch it. My all time faves are Friends and Schitt's Creek. I couldn't tell you how many times I have watched those. I'm also a sucker for reality tv, Real Housewives anyone? And of course, give me anything true crime!
I worked in the hospital for the first 9 years of my career as a pediatric nurse. After my third child was born, I left the hospital setting to work in pediatric in-home nursing. I continue to do that a few nights a month. I love my kids that I take care of, and I am just not ready to give them up. I have met some of the most amazing, strongest, and bravest kids throughout my nursing career. Need a heart changing career, be a pediatric nurse!
Chocolate is my weakness! Seriously, if calories didn't count, I would eat it for every single meal. Brownies, our Grammy's Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Millionaire Chocolates would be on the menu everyday!
